I wrote a story called ‘The Shadow We Cast Through Time’, featuring exoplanetary folklore, deep space myth, and extraterrestrial ‘demons’ that wear the bodies of our dead, for NEW SUNS (Rebellion Publishing), a beautiful sff anthology edited by the wonderful Nisi Shawl (with a foreword by LeVar mfing Burton!), and am so excited it’s going to be alongside new stories by so many writers I deeply admire, including Tobias Buckell, Chinelo Onwualu, Jaymee Goh, Silvia Moreno-Garcia, Anil Menon, Rebecca Roanhorse, and many more. The book will be available March 2019, but is now available to pre-order.
